Louise Castonguay is a New Brunswick native with nearly 30 years’ experience with the Canadian Red Cross, currently serving as Vice-President for Atlantic Canada, a responsibility she has held since 2012, and has also served since 2015 as Vice-President, Community Health and Wellness.

Shawn Feely

Shawn Feely is the Canadian Red Cross Vice President for Manitoba and Nunavut. A safety, prevention and health professional for 25 years, Shawn has been the head of Red Cross operations in Manitoba for eight years and Nunavut for five years.

Kelsey Lemon has worked in the international development and humanitarian sector for almost 20 years, specializing in partnership management and capacity strengthening initiatives.

Pascal Mathieu

Pascal Mathieu is the Canadian Red Cross Vice President for Quebec. He joined the organization in 2003 as a member of the Quebec fundraising team. With a wealth of experience in philanthropy and management, he helped develop the annual fundraising event in 2005 and served as Director of Philanthropy before taking the lead of our operations in Quebec.

Luc Mullinder

Luc Mullinder took over the helm of the Red Cross in Saskatchewan in November 2020. Prior to being appointed vice president, he led the province’s Philanthropy Team for seven years and served as a Red Cross Ambassador while he was a defensive lineman with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Pat Quealey

Pat Quealey joined the Red Cross as the Vice President for British Columbia and Yukon in 2019. A seasoned disaster and emergency management professional, Pat brings more than 30 years-experience in domestic and overseas leadership roles with government and the Canadian military, combined with a passion for humanitarian work.
