Canadian Red Cross Offer Terms and Conditions

Earn 100 Aeroplan® points per $5 donated to the Canadian Red Cross Society (the “Offer”). By making a qualifying donation under this Offer you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • This Offer is only valid for donations made online at www.redcross.ca/rewards from September 1, 2026 to October 9, 2026.
  • Bonus Aeroplan points will be credited to the Aeroplan Member’s account within 15-30 days of qualifying donation.
  • The name provided on the donation must match the name on the Aeroplan account to receive the bonus Aeroplan points.
  • You must be an Aeroplan Member in good standing at the time of your donation to receive the bonus Aeroplan points.
  • Certain Aeroplan Members who are eligible may receive offers of additional bonus Aeroplan points.
  • All bonus points earned by Aeroplan Members are subject to the general terms and conditions of the Aeroplan Program available at www.aeroplan.com.
  • Aeroplan points earned through bonus offers are not eligible for Status Qualifying Credits (SQC).
  • Aeroplan® is a registered trademark of Aeroplan Inc. and Air Canada® and the Air Canada maple leaf logo are registered trademarks of Air Canada, used under license by Aeroplan Inc. These trademarks are used by The Canadian Red Cross under licensed authorization.
  • Donors who elect to receive bonus Aeroplan points for their donation are not eligible to receive a charitable tax receipt for such donation.
  • By entering your information, you are consenting to the Canadian Red Cross Society collecting, storing, sharing, and using the personal information submitted with your entry only for the purpose of administering the Offer or fulfilling its obligations therein, and in accordance with the Canadian Red Cross Society’s Privacy Policy publicly available on Canadian Red Cross Society’s website.
  • By entering your information, you are consenting to the Canadian Red Cross Society to share the information entered by you, including but not limited to, your name, Aeroplan number and the amount to be credited to your account with Aeroplan for the purpose of crediting your Aeroplan Member account.
  • Individuals who made an eligible donation under this Offer but enter an invalid Aeroplan membership number will be contacted and required to provide an updated Aeroplan membership number within 14 days. If a valid Aeroplan membership number is not provided within 14 days, we will no longer be able to process Aeroplan points for that donation. In these cases, the donor will instead receive a tax receipt by email for their donation.
  • This Offer is non-transferable and is not redeemable in cash.
  • If this Offer is not available or delayed for any reason, including virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Canadian Red Cross Society, which corrupt or affect the administration, security or proper operation of this Offer, the Canadian Red Cross Society shall not be liable for any losses, and the Canadian Red Cross Society, reserves the right at its sole discretion to, without advance notice, terminate or suspend this Offer.
  • This Offer may be revoked, and you may be banned from any future offers, if the Canadian Red Cross finds or suspects you are, or have, manipulated, abused, engaged in suspicious or fraudulent activity, or tampered with the operation of this Offer.
  • Air Canada and the Air Canada Foundation have a been long time supporters of the Canadian Red Cross. Over the past decade, the Air Canada family has donated funds, cargo and airfare to quickly mobilize Red Cross emergency responders and relief supplies to disaster impacted communities in Canada and overseas. Air Canada has been a member of the Disaster Response Alliance since 2020.
  • During the Offer Period, Air Canada will match, up to a maximum of $50,000, eligible public individual donations. Should you choose to become a monthly donor, the first payment of your monthly donation will be matched up to the maximum, subsequent monthly donations will not be matched. All donations made after the match concludes will continue to be used where needed most.
