- Location: virtual
- Minimum volunteer hours /period: As the volunteer is available, increments of 4-hours, 2-3 times a week, more or less, for a period up to 4 months, with possible extended time, as deemed necessary.

As a volunteer in this role, you will:
You bring these essential talents:
- Cleansing, moving, renaming and preparing S/drive: SCM/ Procurement & VG/ vendor folders for move to SP.
- Assist in gathering missing information, other fields, and documentation, as required for vendor folders/documents
- If able to get D365 access, with Maintain Vendors role, support to update Vendor profile fields as required.
You bring these essential talents:
- Folder cleansing/housekeeping:
- Removing duplicate documents, ensuring vendor folders are clear and easy to search in, rename documents as per a naming convention, to search and retrieve easily, move SSF forms to the correct vendor folder, where applicable, ensure there is a proper filing naming structure within each vendor for consistency.
- Information gathering and documents:
- From forms and reports provided, assist in gathering missing information such as contacts, approvals, signatures, as well as filing any missing documents from sub-folders (TPRM, PERF, …), and/ or on vendor reports or forms.
- Vendor profile updates: From information gathered or from information received by the vendors, update latest contact information, and other fields as applicable (LOB, our customer number, indigenous, Segment / Sub-segment types: Canadian owned, ENV. info, Sub vendor owner of data, other; Cert files) on the D365 vendor profiles.
- Ideal Candidates: Administrators, Coordinators, Students, with finance or data or procurement experience, knowledge of data entry, attention to detail, customer service (call vendors), can work independently remotely. If D365 is used, volunteer will be provided with D365 training. Bilingual is nice to have but not mandatory. CRC tools such as Teams and Sharepoint (SP) may be usefull
A satisfactory Enhanced Police Information Check or equivalent is mandatory for all personnel volunteering or working with the Red Cross.
