- The Canadian Red Cross remains deeply concerned about the worsening humanitarian crisis in the Middle East following a year of escalating conflict. The ongoing hostilities are generating unimaginable pain and suffering. Civilians including women and children, older adults, and the wounded and sick continue to experience the greatest impacts.
