Roma Dubczak is an accomplished professional with experience in marketing, strategy, and board governance. A first-generation Ukrainian Canadian, she has a been an active member of Toronto's Ukrainian community and has also served on the boards of various not for profit organizations. Roma has a deep commitment to serving her community and using her skills and experience to make a positive impact. She currently serves on the boards of the Shevchenko Foundation and the Boulevard Club and has previously served on the boards of the Toronto Biennial of Art, Royal St. George’s College, and Kingsway College School.
Roma holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a NFP Governance Essentials Program Certification from the Rotman School of Management
Roma’s involvement with Canadian Red Cross began in 2013 as a member of the Tiffany Circle, through which she has since co-chaired committees that have raised funds in support of national disaster management and bullying prevention. From 2016-2021 she has chaired the CRC Marketing Advisory Committee and has been a National Members since 2021.
Roma was elected to the Canadian Red Cross Board of Directors in 2023. She is a member of the Quality Committee.
