Roma Dubczak

Roma Dubczak is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in marketing, strategy, and board governance. A first-generation Ukrainian Canadian, she has long been an active member of Toronto’s Ukrainian community and has served on the boards of numerous not-for-profit organizations. She is deeply committed to community service and to leveraging her expertise to create meaningful impact.

In addition to serving on the Canadian Red Cross Board of Directors since 2023, Roma currently serves on the board of the Shevchenko Foundation. She previously served on the boards of the Toronto Biennial of Art, Royal St. George’s College, and Kingsway College School, among others.

Roma’s involvement with the Canadian Red Cross began in 2013 as a member of the Tiffany Circle. Since then, she has co-chaired fundraising initiatives supporting national disaster management and bullying prevention programs. From 2016 to 2021, she chaired the Canadian Red Cross Marketing Advisory Committee and served as a National Member from 2021 to 2023. In recognition of her contributions to community service, Roma was awarded the King Charles III Coronation Medal in 2025.

As a member of the Canadian Red Cross Board of Directors, Roma serves on the Quality Committee and chairs the Strategy Review Panel.

Roma holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, and a Not-for-Profit Governance Essentials Program Certificate from the Rotman School of Management. She is based in Toronto, Ontario.
