Rima Naim is the managing director of CoSolutions, a corporate development firm she founded in 2001. She also serves as General Manager of a real estate firm in Montréal; and as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at Spherika, a tech and digital marketing agency.
As a seasoned Canadian Red Cross emergency response volunteer, Rima has performed as a responder, supervisor, and coordinator – and been involved in multiple disaster activations across the country, including Fort McMurray, AB in 2016 and Lac Mégantic, QC in 2013. She has also supported Red Cross efforts in volunteer recruitment and philanthropy and been a member of several advisory committees in Quebec and at the National level.
She holds a bachelor’s in commerce. She was nominated for Le Prix Hommage Bénévolat – Québec, and received the Arabic Women of Québec Trophy – Grand Volunteer Category.
As a governance volunteer, she has moved from regional to provincial to national roles, culminating in her being elected to the Board of Directors in 2020. Rima is currently Chair of the Quality Committee for which she has been a member since she joined the Board, and also sits on the Governance Committee.
