Maureen Rogers

Maureen Rogers is President and Chief Executive Officer of Pelmorex , the company behind the well-known trusted weather brands, The Weather Network, MétéoMédia, Eltiempo, Otempo and Clima. Previously, Maureen was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pelmorex Television Networks, where her responsibilities focused on The Weather Network and MeteoMedia Digital and TV brands, as well as Alert Ready/En Alerte, Canada’s public emergency alerting system. Maureen has also served as Vice President and General Manager at CityTV in Toronto, and held leadership positions at Canwest Broadcasting, including Vice President and General Manager of Global Television. Earlier in her career, she held positions in audit, accounting and administration.

Maureen holds a bachelor’s in business administration and is a Chartered accountant. She is certified from the Rotman School of Management Directors Education Program and has served on different boards.

Maureen’s involvement with the Canadian Red Cross began by regularly supporting and promoting the work of the Canadian Red Cross on all the Pelmorex Weather Network platforms. She was elected to the Board of Governors in 2023 and serves on the Human Resources Committee. She is based in Oakville, Ontario.
