Karine Dion is an experienced business leader specializing in strategic planning, guiding change, financial optimization, and leading people. She is Senior Vice President of Business Enablement at WSP Global.
Prior to joining WSP, Karine was the Managing Director of Corporate Finance and Strategic Planning at PSP Investments and spent 15 years at Deloitte as a Management Consultant of Strategy and Operations, developing strategies, and driving business transformations, across a variety of industries. Karine is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a master’s degree in accounting from McGill University. She has also completed the Harvard Business School Certificate in Management Excellence.
Karine began her involvement with the Canadian Red Cross as an advisor to the Audit Committee in 2020. She was elected to the Canadian Red Cross Board of Directors in 2023 and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee. Karine is based in Montreal, Quebec.
