What is the Community Champion program?

Community Champion gives small and medium-sized businesses a simple way to turn their commitment into tangible support for people and communities whose everyday lives have been suddenly upended.

Starting at $250, your business becomes a Community Champion and receives the program’s digital kit. As its level of commitment increases, it gains access to additional recognition opportunities and more personalized support.

Your business can make a one-time or monthly donation.

How the program works

• Choose your level of commitment. Select the amount that matches your business’s circumstances and aspirations.
• Make your donation. Make a donation in your business’s name through the Canadian Red Cross’s secure donation portal.
• Mobilize your network. Receive the tools associated with your donation level to share your commitment with employees, customers and partners.

Three ways to get involved

$250 and up - Community Champion

Your business joins the program and receives the Community Champion kit. This kit includes digital assets that make it easy to share your commitment consistently with employees, customers and partners.

$5,000 and up - Mobilizing Champion

Your business receives the Community Champion kit and access to additional recognition opportunities in Canadian Red Cross communications, in accordance with the program benefits grid.

$10,000 and up - Leading Champion

Your business benefits from all the above. After your donation, a member of the partnerships team will contact you to define an approach tailored to your commitment, your team and your community.
