Photo of the day: Red Cross supporters in Prince George like chocolate. Lots of it.

We have proof: Red Cross supporters in Prince George, BC, are big fans of chocolate. Last Saturday hundreds of guests attended the third Evening of Chocolate, a Red Cross fundraising event organized by a great team of volunteers. The event was hosted to raise awareness about - and provide much needed financial support to - the programs of the Red Cross in Northern BC. Thanks to donors and sponsors the program did not only include fantastic live music and an auction with great prizes (see picture), but moreover, chocolate in all edible forms and shapes, varying from Vegetarian Pinto Bean Chocolate Chili, Herb Crusted Salmon Bites with White Chocolate Balsamic sauce, to Sautéed Shrimp in a Chocolate and BBQ & Bacon Sauce. And this is just a small selection. Being a Red Cross donor in Prince George can be very, very sweet...
