Walmart Canada raises more than $4 million for the Canadian Red Cross
- The Canadian Red Cross is pleased to share that its annual fundraising campaign with Walmart Canada raised over $4 million this year. This amount includes a $1 million contribution from Walmart Canada and an additional $3 million from their customers and associates.
Canadian Red Cross providing funds for housing project in Port aux Basques

- Registration with the Red Cross ensures people can be contacted while away from home and can be reached with information on Red Cross services and assistance that may become available. Registering also helps to understand needs and impacts of people during this challenging time.
Appeal launched to support people impacted by British Columbia fires
- Donations to the Canadian Red Cross will be used for immediate and ongoing relief, recovery and resilience efforts in response to the fires in British Columbia. Donations may also be used for preparedness and risk reduction for future all-hazard disaster events within British Columbia.
