Like many, I became familiar with the Canadian Red Cross through water safety and then moved into teaching First Aid and Professional Responder programs.
Personal Message:
I am honoured to support the development of First Aid Instructors at the First Aid and Professional Responder program levels. I strongly believe in a learner-centred approach and the value of community-based learning.
In my ‘spare’ time, I enjoy the beauty of the Yukon. Within our territory is the highest mountain in Canada, the only highway crossing the Arctic Circle, and a history of Yukon First Nations that extends more than 14,000 years. We have world-class mountain biking trails, rivers for paddling, and endless trails for walking and skiing.
