Seniors Proximity Project

The Seniors Proximity Project in Quebec offers phone call support and community referral assistance to people aged 65 and older affiliated with a Center of Health and Social Services (CIUSSS/CISSS) partner of the Red Cross in Quebec. A referral is required from a health care provider, social service or community service provider to register for the program.
 
After identifying the needs of the registered seniors, the program's trained volunteers and staff will offer regular telephone support, information, resources, and community referrals, as needed, from the comfort and safety of their own homes.
