Every year, Government employees and retirees, as well as healthcare professionals paid by the Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec, rally to support people in vulnerable situations all over Quebec. Donations are given to three major organizations, according to the wishes expressed by donors. The Red Cross is one of them.

On May 8, 2024, Pascal Mathieu, Vice-President, Quebec, of the Canadian Red Cross, was in Quebec City for the announcement of the 2023 "J'ai le don de semer l'espoir" Entraide campaign results. The gathering was a powerful moment of solidarity towards the thousands of people facing adversity in Quebec.
The Red Cross recognizes the exceptional work of the Entraide’s committee members and the ambassadors who make this campaign an immeasurable success year after year. The Red Cross would also like to thank the donors, who have shown their generosity by donating over $750,000 to the people its teams help when it matters most.
The Entraide Campaign is the largest Red Cross’ workplace campaign in Quebec. This movement of humanity within the Quebec Public Services is a testimony of the dynamism of a long-term partner of choice.
