Spring Flooding in Ontario 2019

Registration for people affected by flooding in Ontario

If you have been affected by flooding in Ontario, please click here to register online or call 1-800-863-6582 to have a Red Cross representative help you from Monday to Sunday 9 am to 6 pm EST. 

To register, you will be asked basic information about you and your household, such as your name, date of birth, email address, and home address.
 
Please note: You only need to register once for your household. If you have already registered with the Red Cross and received a registration number then you do not need to register again.

During this period of flooding, the Canadian Red Cross is working closely with municipal and provincial authorities to assist people who have been affected.

If you need help, please review the information below for several municipalities in Ontario. Residents outside of these areas who have experienced flooding should contact their local municipality for assistance or call the Red Cross at 1-800-863-6582.

The below information is being updated as Red Cross services are deployed at the request of municipalities.
