Free wellness webinars to support educators and service providers supporting youth
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives which has been challenging, especially for youth. As we lead into the holidays this can be tough for the mental wellness of our young people. Acknowledging this, the Red Cross is offering a mini-series of learning sessions for educators and service providers who support young minds and hearts, with the goal of empowering youth on their pathways of health and wellness.These 30-minute sessions will take place over the next couple Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 - 3:00 p.m. CST.
Join us for the following sessions:
- Dec. 1: Helping youth find ways to feel connected
- Dec. 3: Teaching youth how to calm their body and mind
- Dec. 8: Giving youth ideas for healthy and safe relationships online
- Dec. 10: Practicing coping skills with youth
