Join us as we discuss the use of chemical weapons in armed conflict, the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) and the role that International Humanitarian Law (IHL) plays when addressing this topic.  This conference will bring together experts from the field, including academics, practitioners and representatives from the Red Cross Red Crescent Movement.
