Humanizing Warfare: Successes and Challenges with Implementing the Law of Armed Conflict


Hear from practitioners and academics who have direct experience with implementing International Humanitarian Law. We will be exploring the training of state armed forces, working with non-state armed groups, negotiating arms control treaties, and achieving accountability through the prosecution of war criminals.
