2017 Windsor International Humanitarian Law Conference

IHL and Transitional Justice:

From Armed Conflict to Peace and Reconciliation

Join us as we explore the nexus that exists between international humanitarian law and transitional justice in ensuring and instituting peace after periods of armed conflict and mass atrocities. The conference will bring together experts in the field, including academics and representatives from the Red Cross/Red Crescent movement, to discuss of the implications and of the challenges that these judicial and non-judicial measures raise.
