Philippines brace for typhoon

The Philippine Red Cross is preparing for a Category 5 Typhoon that is expected to make landfall on Friday. While communities in the direct path of Typhoon Haiyan (or Yolanda as it is named in the Philippines) face the highest risk of flash floods and landslides, the nearby island of Bohol is also at risk as thousands of people are living in makeshift shelters following a deadly earthquake last month.
