2025 Gastronomic Experience
The Canadian Red Cross is delighted to present its 29th Expérience gastronomique, an exceptional fundraising event taking place on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, in the heart of the majestic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Quebec City.
This evening, which celebrates the unique flavors and traditions of our region, will be co-chaired by Mr. Christian Fournier, Executive Vice-President and Leader, Property and Casualty Insurance, Beneva and Mr. Hugo Fortin, President and Chief Operating Officer, iA Auto and Home Insurance.
Guests will have the privilege of enjoying a gourmet meal with food and wine pairings, thoughtfully prepared by renowned chefs, in a warm and festive atmosphere. A silent auction, along with lively entertainment, will enrich this evening where solidarity and the joy of coming together take center stage.
By participating in the Expérience gastronomique, you are directly supporting the Canadian Red Cross in its efforts to assist people affected by emergencies in Quebec.
