Registration for people affected by flooding in New Brunswick

If you have been affected by flooding in New Brunswick, please call 1-800-863-6582 to have a Red Cross representative help you from Monday to Sunday 8 am to 8 pm AST, or visit Canadian Red Cross reception centres locations listed below.
To register, you will be asked basic information about you and your household, such as your name, date of birth, email address, and home address.
Please note: You only need to register once for your household. If you have already registered with the Red Cross and received a registration number, then you do not need to register again.

During this period of flooding, the Canadian Red Cross is working closely with municipal and provincial authorities to assist people who have been affected.

Reception centre, lodging assistance and clean-up kits for individuals impacted by flooding in the Fredericton and Capital Region is located at:
  • • 1381 Regent St, Regent Mall entrance 10 (Former Payless Location)
    • Hours:
      • 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday- Saturday
      • 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday
Clean-up kits are also available for pick-up at the Maugerville Community Centre, 439 NB-105.

Reception centre in the Saint John Region will be CLOSED after Friday, May 10th at 4:30 p.m.
  • Those requiring CRC clean up kits may visit our office at 120 McDonald Street, Saint John Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
  • Those requiring more assistance are asked to call 1-800-863-6582.
