July 09, 2015 - The Canadian Red Cross has assisted more than 7,800 people affected by the Saskatchewan wildfires so far. Those affected are having their basic needs provided for at shelters in both Saskatchewan and Alberta with items such as cots, blankets, hygiene kits and nutritious meals.

Walmart, RBC and BMO support Red Cross response to flooding in Saskatchewan and Manitoba

July 08, 2014 - National corporate partners like Walmart Canada and RBC; and corporate donors like BMO are helping the Canadian Red Cross assist those affected by flooding in Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Walmart is providing water and clean up supplies to meet immediate needs; RBC is accepting donations at Saskatchewan and Manitoba locations and has made a $30,000 donation. BMO has announced a $25,000 donation to help the response.
