Have you reached the maximum match amount? What happens if you do not meet your match goal?: The Tiffany Circle 3X match receives many donations. We are confident we will meet our goal. While every single dollar matters, some gifts may not qualify for a match due to eligibility requirements. We cannot provide real time updates on the donation match or on the match status of single donations.
What will you use these funds for?: The funds raised during this campaign are “undesignated”. That means we will use your donation wherever the current need is greatest. In our 100+ years helping those in need, we have found undesignated donations to be the most effective approach.
Will tax receipts include 3X my donation?: Due to CRA rules and regulations, your tax receipt will only display your donation amount. The 3X impact of your gift will be felt by those who need it most.
I made my donation late, or mailed in a cheque before the deadline. Will it still be matched?: If your donation was dated within the match period, it will be matched if the goal not yet been fulfilled. This applies even if we receive it a few weeks late. While every single dollar matters, some gifts may not qualify for a match—for example, if our match goal has been met.
Can I donate over the phone, or in any other way?: The easiest way to get your 3X match from Tiffany Circle is to donate online. You can also give us a call. We’re at 1-800-418-1111.
