Emergency Response Team (ERT) Responder
Reporting to the ERT Supervisor, the ERT Responder will be responsible for various emergency shelter and reception centre response activities in addition to other responsibilities related to emergency preparedness. ERT Responders must have the ability to respond in their local community (3 days minimum) and outside of their community (10 days minimum).

Emergency Response Team (ERT) Supervisor
Reporting to the ERT Site Manager, the ERT Supervisor will be responsible for various emergency and reception centre response activities including supervision of ERT Responders. ERT Supervisors must have the ability to respond in their local community (3 days minimum) and outside of their community (10 days minimum).

Personal Disaster Assistance (PDA) Responder
The PDA Team is activated to respond and provide assistance for up to the first 72 hours following a disaster. Reporting to the PDA Supervisor, the PDA Responder will be responsible to fill various on-call shifts on a 24/7 schedule that includes weekends, holidays and evenings. When called on to respond, the PDA Responder will be required to provide relief directly to clients in need of assistance. The PDA Responder works with the PDA Supervisor to plan and organize ongoing preparedness activities. They may be asked to deliver services during a large-scale emergency response in their community.

When called on to respond, the PDA Supervisor will be required to provide relief directly to clients in need of assistance.
