The Canadian Red Cross annual fundraising event

For its fifteenth edition, the Red Cross annual fundraising event will be co-chaired by Darryl White, Chief Executive Officer, BMO Financial Group, and Lino A. Saputo, Jr., Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Saputo Inc. and will be held on May 14, 2019 at New City Gas in Montreal.

All profits from the event will support the Red Cross' humanitarian mission: to reach out to Canadians whose lives suddenly turn upside down following a disaster, by providing them with the essentials: a roof to shelter, hot meals to regain strength, clothes to protect oneself, a shoulder to lean on, so many simple gestures, but so comforting when the unimaginable happens.

The Red Cross annual fundraising event has become a major event on the Montreal scene and has enabled the humanitarian organization to raise more than $15 million to support its mission.
