2023 Expérience gastronomique

L'Experience Gastronomique de Quebec

The 27th edition of the Expérience gastronomique in benefit of the Canadian Red Cross took place on October 26, 2023, at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac. This flavorful evening, during which guests were delighted by a 7-course banquet, raised a record-breaking $402,279, all of which will be used to provide emergency aid at disaster sites.
 
The result was announced by the event's honorary Co-chairs, Mrs. Geneviève Fortier, Chief Executive Officer of Promutuel Insurance and Mr. Louis Gagnon, Chief Executive Officer, Canada, of Intact Financial Corporation.

The Red Cross would like to thank its honorary Co-chairs, the restaurateurs and partners who have supported the event for 27 years, and all those without whom this year's event would not have been such a success. The organization would also like to acknowledge the important contribution of its dedicated staff and volunteers.
