Emergency Support When You Need It Most

The Canadian Red Cross draws its strength from its network of exceptional volunteers and donors. The “Emergency Support When You Need It Most” fundraising campaign was a great success thanks to the incredible commitment of honorary co-chairs Johanne Duhaime, Desjardins Group’s Executive Vice President of Information Technology and David Murray, Hydro-Québec’s Chief Innovation Officer and Executive Vice President – Generation, Health, Safety and Environment, as well as to the generous partners and donors who contributed to the campaign. This major fundraiser enables Red Cross volunteers and staff to always be ready to help, wherever needs arise.

Thank you for your support

Normally a prestigious event bringing together the business community for a gala evening, this year’s “Emergency Support When You Need it Most” campaign did things differently with an innovative concept that underpins the Red Cross’s mission: “Ready for Tomorrow” and “Strengthening our Communities”. The honorary co-chairs and the Quebec vice president of the Canadian Red Cross, Québec, embodied this humanitarian outpouring toward our communities.
