The Canadian Red Cross has opened the call for nominations for its annual Manitoba Humanitarians of the Year Awards.

Each year, the Red Cross recognizes two Manitobans for their selfless dedication to helping people and making the world a better place. The Red Cross encourages Manitobans to nominate someone they feel is deserving of recognition because of their volunteer, charitable and philanthropic work.
