Free wellness webinars to support educators and service providers supporting youth

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives which has been challenging, especially for youth. As the pandemic continues, this can be tough for the mental wellness of our young people. Acknowledging this, the Red Cross is offering a mini-series of learning sessions for educators and service providers who support young minds and hearts, with the goal of empowering youth on their pathways of health and wellness.
Join us for the following sessions:
  • Feb. 16, 2:30-3:15 p.m. CST: Learn how to combat COVID-19 fatigue and improve overall well-being
  • Feb. 18, 2:30-3:15 p.m. CST: Helping youth cope with loneliness, boredom, and isolation
  • Feb. 23, 2:30-3:15 p.m. CST: How to amplify your communications to engage First Nations youth during COVID-19, presented by Teena Legris, Keewatinohk Inniniw Minoayawin (KIM)
  • Feb. 25, 2:30-3:15 p.m. CST: How to engage youth with Look, Listen, Link and Live model
