Canadians of all ages can participate in comprehensive learn-to-swim programs from the Canadian Red Cross. There's also national lifeguard training to certify professional lifeguards. The Canadian Red Cross has been a leader in swimming instruction for more than 60 years with more than one million Canadians enrolling in our programs each year.
