3. Do you think it’s ever okay to attack enemy healthcare workers and facilities in order to weaken the enemy? 
Healthcare facilities and workers are protected under International Humanitarian Law and must not be targeted. This includes healthcare workers who are providing care in combat zones, as well as hospitals and ambulances.

4. Do you think it’s ever okay to torture enemies in order to gain important information?
Torture was banned by the UN Convention against Torture. Torture and all other forms of ill-treatment are absolutely prohibited by international treaty and customary law. There are no exceptions, whatever the circumstances.

5. Do you ever think it’s okay to target civilian areas for attack?
Civilians are protected under International Humanitarian Law and are not to be targeted. Every possible precaution must be taken to avoid harming civilians and their homes, or destroying their means of survival (like livestock, crops and water).
