Join Health TAPESTRY

The Red Cross is actively seeking compassionate volunteers for a new pilot program called Health TAPESTRY. The program works to keep seniors healthy in the places where they live by bringing together health care teams, volunteers, the community and technology.

As trained volunteers, you will conduct home visits with clients and talk with them about what is important to their health and life. You will collect responses using an iPad and app that securely sends the information directly to the client’s health care team. This provides a full picture of the client’s needs to the health team, and from that, they are able to make recommendations on community services and resources that might assist their client.
