Honorary Chair, Mrs. Laureen Harper, welcomed the three newest members of the Tiffany Circle at an event held at U.S. Consul General Anne Callaghan’s home last week. Launched in Canada in 2011, the Tiffany Circle is an international network of women who help the Red Cross continue its work in Canada and around the world. Learn more about the Tiffany Circle.
