Families in Syria have been affected by the ongoing conflict that has lasted almost three years. These photos depict families in Aleppo where millions of Syrians struggle to live after essential government services including those that help residents access food, education, and healthcare have been destroyed.
The Syrian Arab Red Crescent is providing assistance despite the challenges to providing relief in times of conflict. Canadians can donate to help support efforts to help Syrians affected by the conflict.
