Photo of the Day: Supporting anti-bullying behaviour through ice cream

Every day, we publish a photo to show Red Cross at work across the country or around the world. Do you have a photo to share? Let us know.

@titter_p “mmmmm antibullying ice-creamy goodness.” That winning tweet arrived in @RedCrossSK’s twitter inbox along with the photo below as part of a cheeky best photo contest tied to our participation in The Interview 2, a business reality show based out of Regina and currently running via online webisodes. @titter_p, better known as Clinton Percy outside of twitter, purchased an anti-bullying themed DQ blizzard specially designed by contestants of the Interview. Dairy Queen is donating proceeds earned from this Interview challenge to the Canadian Red Cross, the Interview’s charity of choice. All funds raised throughout the course of the show will support bulling prevention work in the Saskatchewan. We would like to send out a great big thanks to Dairy Queen as well as the Regina Inn for donating the prize for our twitter photo contest. Check out The Interview 2 online.
