Cindy Fuchs

Cindy Fuchs has passionately served the Canadian Red Cross for just over 30 years and is the Vice President of the Red Cross in Saskatchewan.

Jennifer McManus

Jennifer is the Vice President, Canadian Red Cross, for Alberta and Northwest Territories. Her current role includes supporting the provincial and territorial operations, including external partnership management, media and government relations.

Louise Castonguay

Louise Castonguay is a New Brunswick native with nearly 30 years’ experience with the Canadian Red Cross, currently serving as Vice-President for Atlantic Canada, a responsibility she has held since 2012, and has also served since 2015 as Vice-President, Community Health and Wellness.

Pascal Mathieu

Pascal Mathieu is the Canadian Red Cross Vice President for Quebec. He joined the organization in 2003 as a member of the Quebec fundraising team. With a wealth of experience in philanthropy and management, he helped develop the annual fundraising event in 2005 and served as Director of Philanthropy before taking the lead of our operations in Quebec.

Pat Quealey

Pat Quealey is the Vice President for British Columbia & Yukon, and starts August 6, 2019. Before joining the Red Cross, Pat served more than 30 years with the B.C. government and Canadian military. A recent member of the Red Cross Provincial Advisory Committee, Pat brings a diverse background that includes a passion for humanitarian work.

Shawn Feely

Shawn Feely is the Canadian Red Cross Vice President for Manitoba and Nunavut. A safety, prevention and health professional for 25 years, Shawn has been the head of Red Cross operations in Manitoba for four years and Nunavut for the past year.

Tanya Elliott

Tanya Elliott was appointed Vice President of the Red Cross in Ontario in 2014. In her current role she is responsible for the execution of organizational strategy and provides leadership to provincial operations and stakeholder relations.
