Rima Naim

Rima Naim headshotRima Naim is an entrepreneur and financial management specialist in Outremont, Québec. She currently acts as managing director of Cosolutions, a corporate development firm she founded in 2001. Rima also serves as General Manager of a real estate firm in Montréal and as a Director of strategy and corporate development at Spherika, a tech and digital marketing agency.
 
As a 15-year Red Cross volunteer in emergency response, Rima has held every volunteer position – responder, supervisor and coordinator – and been involved in many disaster responses across the country, including Fort McMurray in 2016 and Lac Mégantic in 2013. She has supported Red Cross efforts in volunteer recruitment and philanthropy and has been a member of several advisory committees including Quebec’s Provincial Advisory Committee. As a governance volunteer she has moved from regional to provincial to national governance roles.
 
Rima was the first chair of the Board of Directors of the Lion and the Mouse, helping lead the community organization through core changes to comply with Ministère de la Famille regulations. She is also an active supporter of many local non-profit organizations including the Welcome Collective, an organization supporting asylum seekers in Montreal and Foundation of Stars, an organization dedicated to pediatric research.
