When you donate to the Canadian Red Cross, you become part of the largest humanitarian network in the world. With your support, we can reach out to vulnerable people in crisis, including right here at home.
Your support here in the BC Lower Mainland Region will help us to respond quickly and effectively to disasters; teach youth how to protect themselves from abuse and bullying; provide medical equipment to those who are sick, injured or elderly; offer support to the families of children who are seriously ill; and provide education on international humanitarian issues to youth and to the general population.
Where Help is Needed Today
"Expect the Unexpected" campaign - This personal disaster campaign urges the communities to be prepared for the upcoming winter season and invites residents to help the Canadian Red Cross to be prepared with volunteer and financial resources to assist people in personal preparedness and to help most vulnerable when disaster strikes.
