Red Cross volunteers at the Teddy Bears' Picnic

Manitoba Region is able to serve the community thanks to the dedication and passion of our hundreds of volunteers spread out right across the province. Our pool of volunteers is deep in experience and variety. Our volunteers come from all walks of life and from countries all over the world. Our volunteers educate adults and youth about preventing abuse and violence, help prevent injury to people of all ages, represent Red Cross at community events, provide comfort and care for people in times of disaster, reunite families torn apart by war, and assist with the day-to-day administrative duties that keep our offices running smoothly.
