I AM ALIVE

A family message transmitted by the Red Cross can be very brief, but three words may be all that is needed to ease the minds of distraught loved ones half a world away. Around the world, thousands of families are separated every year by conflict or disaster. These families often have no way of knowing if loved ones are alive or dead.

Restoring Family Links helps reunite family members who have been separated or displaced in very difficult or dangerous situations. Our priority is to establish contact between close family members: husbands and wives, parents and children, sisters and brothers. We work quickly to ease uncertainties while treating all information confidentially.
