Red Cross regularly telephones donors to update records, confirm receipting information, and ask for continued support for important Red Cross programs.
If you have received a call requesting a donation to Canadian Red Cross, and are concerned about whether the call you received was legitimate, please contact 1-800-418-1111. One of our representatives will assist you by capturing pertinent information for a Red Cross staff person’s follow up. You will need to provide: the date and time you received a phone call, your full name, postal code and phone number including area code. You can also email us this information at: wz-feedback@redcross.ca.
A Red Cross staff person will contact you within two working days to verify the call you received.
