Twelve Conversation Starters for a Healthier Understanding

Having healthy relationships starts with understanding and communication. It helps to examine how you feel about issues, and hear what others have to say. One way is to explore ideas with a group of friends who are comfortable talking together about these things. Here are some questions to get the conversation rolling. Don’t be afraid to disagree, and remember to listen and consider everyone’s opinion—you’re sure to have a lively conversation, and the responses and results might surprise you!
