Get Involved

The most proven and cost-effective way to prevent malaria is by sleeping under a mosquito net. Long-lasting insecticide-treated nets provide a protective barrier around families at night and kill malaria-carrying mosquitoes on contact. A single $ 10 donation can protect one or more children for up to five years.  This donation not only provides a net, it will also ensure that families receive additional health and educational benefits.

Imagine the impact you can have on someone’s life simply by donating $10 to protect them from malaria. Now imagine what can be done when you encourage others to donate and get involved.

It’s easy to participate in the Canadian Red Cross Campaign Against Malaria.  Your support will quickly be turned into help for communities in Africa. Consider giving the equivalent number of nets it would take to protect all the people in your own family, school, community group or company.
