New Brunswick Power of Humanity Awards

Our Power of Humanity Awards celebrate volunteerism, advocacy or philanthropy, and honour those whose leadership inspires others to pursue humanitarian goals. Each year, we present the Humanitarian Award and the Young Humanitarian Award in each of the four Atlantic provinces based on nominations from the general public.

The Canadian Red Cross Power of Humanity Awards Dinner honouring Humanitarian Award recipient Glenn Cooke and Young Humanitarian Award recipient Elijah Matheson will be held at the Saint John Trade & Convention Centre on Wednesday, November 8, 2017.

Stay tuned for the 2018 nomination period for your chance to nominate someone in your community. The award criteria have been adapted from the principle of humanity as stated in the seven fundamental principles of the Red Cross movement.
