Join us as we explore two of the contemporary issues that challenge the protective scope of International humanitarian law: attacks on medical personnel and facilities, as well as conflict-induced Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). This conference will bring together experts from the fields, including academics, and representatives from the Red Cross/Red Crescent Movement, to discuss the issues and their potential solutions.
