Questions about your donation
The Canadian Red Cross would like to thank Canadians for their swift and generous response in support of Haiti relief and recovery operations. Due to an outpouring of generosity our online donation system is running slower than normal, but we wish to assure you that your donations are being securely received and you will receive a receipt shortly.
We are aware that some donations were received in duplicate and the problem has been corrected. We are personally calling each and every donor who experienced this issue and providing a full refund of unintended donation amounts.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our donors - and would like to thank Canadians for their generous support of Red Cross relief and recovery efforts underway in Haiti.
