TELUS Red Cross Call Centre Photos
The TELUS Red Cross Call Centre is an integral part of the BC Disaster Response Centre. Using the CallCentreAnywhere TELUS technology, volunteers and staff were able to test out the system in a mock activation training on March 20th and 24th. Telephone and internet access allow volunteers and staff to login and receive calls whereever they may be with this new system, allowing for greater flexibility and efficiency than before.
