In Photos: Refugees in Germany

The Canadian Red Cross is working with the German Red Cross to help welcome thousands of refugees who are fleeing violence in their country. In Feldkirchen, a community located near Munich, a camp has been established with the capacity for up to 5,000 people. This camp serves as a temporary home where refugees are able to take their first steps in seeking asylum.

The Canadian Red Cross has deployed aid workers and supplies to help support the refugee response efforts in Germany. The Red Cross team is working to help refugees find safety and escape violence.

Canadians can make a difference by donating to the Refugee Crisis appeal.
