In support of the Canadian Red Cross Walmart campaign that kicked off August 2nd , this coming Saturday August 11 volunteers across Canada with the Red Cross will visit most Walmart stores throughout the country to greet customers, help bag items at the check out and assist shoppers with their purchases.
Since 2003, the Walmart campaign has helped raise money to provide emergency relief to Canadians affected by disaster. The Canadian Red Cross makes a difference in the lives of millions of people in Canada through the help of over 25,000 volunteers who give their time and passion to help others in vulnerable situations every day.
